Certification Process
This section outlines the procedures for obtaining the Robotics-Enabled Environment Certification (REEC).
| Application Submission
• Application Period : Open for submission at any time
• Required Documents : Please refer to the Forms & Templates section
- Original Certification Application Form (with official seal)
- Consultation Report (if prior consultation was conducted)
- Letter of Authorisation *required when submitted by a representative and it must be signed by both the authorising party and the authorised representative
- Confirmation Letter by Licensed Architect (with architect’s official seal)
- Architectural Drawings and Specifications (one copy each)
- Checklist for Submitted Documents (with official seal)

| Evaluation and Assessment
- Evaluation Stages :
Certification is carried out either during the design stage (pre-certification) or post-completion (main certification). Assessment is conducted through a panel review of the project plan and design drawings.
