Certification Process

This section outlines the procedures for obtaining the Robotics-Enabled Environment Certification (REEC).


| Application Submission

•  Application Period : Open for submission at any time

•  Required Documents : Please refer to the Forms & Templates section

  1. Original Certification Application Form (with official seal)
  2. Consultation Report (if prior consultation was conducted)
  3. Letter of Authorisation *required when submitted by a representative and it must be signed by both the authorising party and the authorised representative
  4. Confirmation Letter by Licensed Architect (with architect’s official seal)
  5. Architectural Drawings and Specifications (one copy each)
  6. Checklist for Submitted Documents (with official seal)

•  Submission Method : In Person or by Registered Post

| Evaluation and Assessment

  • Evaluation Stages :
    Certification is carried out either during the design stage (pre-certification) or post-completion (main certification). Assessment is conducted through a panel review of the project plan and design drawings.

* Final decision on certification status
